CYCLEDIOS CAMPUS USAGES FAQ

1. How much are our rates?
Our rates are RM0.00 for the First (1st) 30 minutes block.
You will be charged an additional RM2.00 / 30 minutes once your ride time exceeds each 30 minutes block.
Example:
* 14 minutes ride = RM0.00
* 34 minutes ride = RM2.00
* 100 minutes ride = RM4.00
2. Why was I charge more for a season ride pass?
The subscription plan is unlimited rides daily, capped at 30 minutes per ride. Once a ride exceeds 30 minutes, additional charges of RM2.00 /30min will apply.
We believe as a first-mile last-mile transport service provider in Kampar Campus, you will be able to complete your trip within 30 minutes.

3. Why was I charged a convenience fee of RM10.00 when for indiscriminate parking?
Users are required to park our bicycle within designated parking bay and LOCK THE SMART LOCK ON THE BICYCLE UPON ENDING THEIR TRIP scan the QR code of the parking bay upon ending their trip.
Designated parking bays are marked with a "PARKING" icon.
This is to reduce the number of stray bicycles on the street and to account for the cost of relocating and redistributing our bicycles.
4. Why do i need to pay RM1.00 transaction fee for top up and credit transfer?
Charged for processors fees as customer support and regulatory compliance.
5. What is indiscriminate parking?
If the bicycle is not parked in the designated parking bay, it will be deemed as indiscriminate parking.
Authorized parking bay will be marked with "Parking" icon on the floor or wall.
6. Why can't I find the QR code of an authorized parking bay?
As these QR codes are heavily utilized, there is a chance of the QR code being damaged or removed from foul play.
Please assist us by informing us via submitting your appeal after ending the trip with a clear photo of the parked bicycle within the designated parking bay to cycledios.campus@gmail.com
Please make sure it is the right parking bay as per our "PARKING" icon.
7. How can I submit a trip appeal related to a Damaged bicycle and software related issues?
Please submit your appeal with a screenshot of photo of the incident and location of the event to cycledios.campus@gmail.com
We will take 3-7 working days to process the appeal.
8. What can I do if I am unable to end my trip due to a damaged bicycle?

We will take 3 working days to process the appeal.
9. What should I do if I suspect of Fraudulent V / Erroneous / Multiples charges on payment?
Please email us at cycledios.campus@gmail.com and describe the payment issues. We will investigate and reply within 3-7 working days.
10. What should I do if I had an emergency or met with an accident?
In the event of an emergency, users are required to take down relevant photos to justify the appeal. We will investigate and reply within 3-7 working days.
